Frank

Founder and COO

Frank has over two thousand years of experience in music development and loves telling anecdotes. He is the founder of Kycker and before that DMF Digital & ALYA Records. He was formerly Artist Development Coordinator for Higher Rhythm Ltd overseeing Circuit Records and the music business network Plugged in Yorkshire (now Music Industry Yorkshire).

Frank has developed a number of unique live opportunities for Kycker artists such as showcases at South by South West and New York Sound City, MUSEXPO (Los Angeles), Zandari Festival (Seoul, South Korea) as well as UK based festivals such as Liverpool Sound City, The Great Escape and Tramlines Fringe.

Makonnen

CEO

Makonnen Blake Hanna started out in Jamaica, where as a teenager he was already making waves in technology and music. By 13 he was advising the Government on digital access, later speaking at the UN and winning awards for innovation. At the same time, he was producing music, mentored by Steely & Clevie and working with artists like Capleton, Vybz Kartel, Damian Marley and even international names such as Wiz Khalifa and Carlos Santana.

After years balancing music with roles in tech and media, he’s now CEO of Kycker Music Distribution. Makonnen focuses on helping independent artists reach global audiences without losing ownership of their work. He still produces music, stays involved in cultural projects worldwide, and continues his mission to connect technology, creativity, and community.

Cygalle

Global Strategist

Cygalle has spent her career at the crossroads of fashion, media, and culture, working with names like Vera Wang, Stella McCartney, Nike, and MTV. She’s produced everything from fashion week shows to film festival events, building a reputation for connecting brands to global culture in ways people don’t forget.

She later moved into wellness, creating eco-luxury spa and beauty brands rooted in holistic living, before shifting her focus back to creative industries. Now she’s Head of PR & Branding at Kycker, where she uses her experience to help independent artists amplify their voice and connect with audiences worldwide.

Outside of Kycker, Cygalle is involved in cultural and community projects, supporting initiatives that raise awareness and bring people together. For her, it’s always been about blending creativity, culture, and purpose.

Steve

Learning Support Team Leader

Steve started out at music college, doing performance then production. He went through grunge and metal phases then went headlong into electronic music. After following a different career path, he started a company, then another couple.

Now he’s back in music and loving it, no longer having to steal time to be creative. Steve does all the business stuff but also works with artists directly, passionate about training and helping develop skills. He produces his own music in his spare time.

AB Money

Industry Consultant

Anthony “AB Money” Mosley is a pioneering hip-hop artist, producer, and cultural innovator whose work has helped shape the evolution of modern hip-hop and R&B.

As a founding member of the groundbreaking group Rappin’ Is Fundamental (R.I.F.), alongside Osten “Easy Mo Bee” Harvey Jr. and Darron “JR” Strand, AB helped create the iconic “doo-hop” sound, a genre-blending fusion of classic doo-wop melodies and street-driven hip-hop. This innovation captured the attention of legendary jazz icon Miles Davis and led to a historic collaboration on Davis’s final studio album, Doo-Bop—a milestone project that bridged jazz and hip-hop on a global stage.

Throughout his career, AB Money has collaborated with and contributed to projects alongside some of the most influential artists in music history, including Tupac Shakur, Wu-Tang Clan, Big Daddy Kane, Busta Rhymes, and Nice & Smooth. His work spans decades of recording, songwriting, production, and artist development.

Beyond his own artistry, AB has played a significant role in mentoring emerging independent artists, helping shape new talent and guide the next generation of creators navigating today’s evolving music landscape.

With a legacy rooted in innovation, collaboration, and artist empowerment, AB Money continues to be a respected voice and experienced leader within the global music community.

Victor

Artist Development Lead

Victor’s journey in the music industry spans diverse roles, from production and engineering to artist management. He’s collaborated with talent ranging from rising stars to major names like The Fanatix, Boy Boy, Stefflon Don, and Pa Salieu , while partnering with renowned brands such as Marvel, Comedy Central, Penguin House, and ESPN.

Now at Kycker, Victor uses his expertise to help artists navigate the digital landscape, empowering them to connect with audiences and grow sustainable careers. He’ passionate about demystifying the music business and equipping creatives with the tools they need to thrive. Balancing Kycker with creative pursuits, Victor is committed to mentoring the next generation and shaping the future of music.

Sophie

Distribution Manager

At 19, Sophie founded her own music festival, Pick It Up Fest, which successfully ran for three years. Over the years, she has toured with renowned bands selling their merchandise, worked at a vinyl pressing plant, and held a role at the first major record label outside London.

Now serving as Distribution Manager at Kycker, Sophie oversees all music releases, manages artist relationships, and coordinates marketing campaigns and business expansion. Her work ensures new music reaches global platforms, reflecting her dedication to fostering talent and supporting the music industry at all levels.

Emily

Artist Relations and PR

Emily started out in the industry as a music journalist, writing for the likes of DIY and The Line of Best Fit. Now with experience across artist management, music PR, and A&R, her work supports talent development at various stages, both in the local music scenes and on a global scale. Combined with a background in psychology, she specialises in running press campaigns and creating release strategies that build meaningful connections between artists and their audiences.

In her position as Artist Relations and PR Manager at Kycker, Emily oversees DSP editorial pitching for new releases, designing marketing assets and delivering consultations. Working closely with artists and their teams, she provides a versatile approach to project management and facilitates long-term career growth. Balancing these front-facing responsibilities with her own creative endeavours outside of Kycker, Emily brings both industry knowledge and practical insights to her role.

Liv

Marketing and Account Coordinator

Starting out in event coordination in grassroots venues, Liv’s work has naturally evolved across both the live and recorded sides of the music industry. Driven by a commitment to support emerging talent and create sustainable pathways for artists, she has co-ordinated and managed releases for independent label Monomyth Records, overseen merchandise tracking, and worked in artist management and sync with Jawdropper Management.

As Marketing & Account Coordinator, Liv supports in distribution and marketing.

Liv arms artists with the tools to develop effective release strategies, and help them diversify their income streams from music.
